I was surprised that something so stylish could still be flattering to a fuller figure. I am in my early 50s and conscious of my mid section as it’s changed a lot in the last few years. This dress style uses a higher waist line, approximately right at the bra line, which helps with the comfort as well as the flattering silhouette…Loose enough but doesn’t look like I’m wearing a potato sack, lol! I might have been able to even go down a size but didn’t want to risk it being too short so choose the Large instead.
Received the dress promptly and of course tried it on immediately in case there were issues with the fit. Came out of the package with hardly a wrinkle! I'm 5'5" and 160-165 lbs. Paid attention to size chart and ordered a Size L. Fit perfectly! Wore it to the wedding and got rave reviews! Thank you!
I bought this dress for our granddaughters wedding. The dress fit fine. I’m 5'2'' and about 159 lbs. The dress shipped and arrived on time. If your considering ordering it don’t hesitate! I’m sure I will wear it for more than the wedding! It hides my 65 year old belly and makes me feel like a princess!
I finally found a true elegant dress. The color is neutral yet pretty. The dress is versatile enough that you can wear it to a formal event or business dinner or name your place. It looks extremely classy and v-neck is neither too deep not too high. The elastic around the waist is wonderful. The size was a nice surprise. The size 18 fit me without being tight anywhere. One last remark I would make is that I am over 50, and this dress was a dream on me. Other dresses are clearly too full, too short, too glittery, or too cutesy, but this dress suits my age just perfectly.
Loved the comfort of this dress. Went back on forth on size and this company was very understanding of needed to return and reorder for the perfect fit. I tried on numerous dresses to wear in my granddaughter's birthday party and was thrilled to find this one! It was comfortable and helped to not reveal every single lump and bump from someone wearing this size. V-neck was good for me! Not too low but again, flattering.
